On October 2018 I photographed ten volunteers for my authorial project “Love, Without Fear of Cliché“. The photoshoot, which counted with the art by body painter Noah Correa and the genuine expressive will of the participants in affirming with their own bodies their devotion to diversity, is a resistance manifesto in favor of love, freedom, and free love — fruit of the marriage of love and freedom. A visual poem to insuflate life back to the peoples of the 21st century, seriously becoming so devoid of Love.
If we continue fighting hate with love
if we sustain this mobilization
if we keep focusing on the collective instead of the self-interest
if we walk together
if we keep turning the virtuous cycle of information, education and learning
if we go on denouncing the lies and never refraining from spreading the truth
if we don’t cease to defend, always, those who represent us from those who want to subdue us
if we continue making art that moves, art that touches, art that freeds
if we sustain the smile on our faces
if we don’t silence
we will win.
Today, tomorrow and always.
